We strive to ship all New Orders out the same business day as received so long as they are received before 11am Pacific as our UPS pick up is scheduled around 12 Noon Pacific. Orders received after 11am Pacific will be shipped the next business day. You will receive an email from UPS with your package tracking number for your convenience.

We ONLY sell/ship to Oregon, Washington and Idaho! Please don’t order if your home is outside of these 3 states (OR, WA and ID). Other states have different types of crawl space vent openings on their crawl space homes… our products DO NOT FIT those different types of foundation vent openings. Our products won’t work with those vent openings. If you have a question then please email us at info@vanityvents.com or call us at 503.548.7444… we may have a suggestion for you.
Also, please measure your vent opening (inside measurement – length and height) before you order to be sure you get the correct size Vent Covers and/or Insulation Blocks. Standard Size = 15 7/8” x 7 ¼” inside measurement. Custom Large Size = 18 3/8” x 7 ¼” inside measurement. See images below

RETURNS:
Please contact Vanity Vents at info@vanityvents.com or call 503-548-7444 before you return any product. If you do decide to return your Vanity Vents please return in the original shipping box with all parts. We will provide you a return shipping label via your email on file. Once your returned goods are received we will credit your purchase payment method immediately and you will see your funds in 5-10 days.
